About Me

Wayne Kirk, Former Executive Vice President of Reef Securities, Inc. (RSI)–a member of FINRA and SIPC–has been with Reef since 1996. Wayne has more than 15 years experience advising clients about oil and gas investment opportunities and holds his Series 22 and 63 Securities Licenses. Before joining Reef Securities, Inc., Wayne acquired a diverse range of experience working as a general building contractor, real estate developer, ranch developer and cutting-horse breeder, in addition to working in various roles at a number of enterprises. He is a member of investment associations affiliated with real estate, including the National Exchange Council (NEC). Wayne is also a member of the National Football League Player’s Association (NFLPA) Financial Advisor’s Program.

Since 2001, Wayne has been speaking and educating people about energy investment opportunities. Wayne has spoken to audiences ranging from 200 to 60,000 in attendance all across the United States. The events he has spoken at include the following:
